You choose your box size or theme, and our team hand-packs a randomized selection of premium, trending, and rare snacks. No two orders are exactly the same!

Can I request specific snacks or list allergies?

Because our boxes are pre-curated for the ultimate surprise, we cannot accommodate specific snack requests or guarantee allergy-friendly boxes at this time. All items come in their original manufacturer packaging with ingredient lists.

When will my box arrive?

We process all drops within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring CraveBox drops worldwide soon!

Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all orders under $50. Orders $50 and over ship for free!

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it has been more than 3 days since the marked delivery date, contact us at hello@cravebox.com.
